July 11-15, 2012. Founded in 1967, the Arts Festival is located in downtown State College and on the Penn State campus. It features the nationally-ranked Sidewalk Sale & Exhibition featuring over 300 of the nation's best artists and craftsmen in addition to performing arts presented at six outdoor and indoor stages.
